Remember Those Reports About Finding the Cave of John the Baptist?

In August I noted some news reports about a supposed find of the actual cave used by John the Baptist. The site seemed genuine, but the conclusion that it was John the Baptists' more speculative.

Via Kirby's site I found a review of the expected book written by the archeologist who was behind those initial announcements. The review sounds like the book is more cautious than the original announcements.

Of course, the book itself is probably the best source of information.
