Layman Going to Trial

I have a trial starting in early November, which means I will be pretty busy from now until it ends (probably sometime in mid-December). There is always the chance of a last minute resolution of the case or a surprise continuance. The bottom line is that my blogging may slow down for a while. I will still do what I can and try to respond to any comments. So please understand that any inactivity is only temporary.
